Well it is the middle of the month and I am just getting around to wishing each and every one of you a wonderful, happy, healthy and safe 2016. December was a wonderful busy month for me and all the cooking, baking and hanging out with family and friends made for time well spent. Cookies, relish, appetizers and full course meals for drop in visitors these are the things that makes it’s a joy of being kitchen crazy and having lots of fun.


I am hoping for a sink load of cooking and sharing this year. I plan to do more research on healthy foods and easy recipes. We are going to investigate healthy options to those “don’t eat this” foods. Some things I have planned for us are: pasta, flours, sweeteners, cooking without preservatives and fermented foods. I am looking forward to blogging in 2016 and hope you will stay for fun and good eats.
