If you are having a problem with garlic, onion, carrots (G-O-C), wheat, soy, corn, peanuts and/or dairy this may just be the site for you. I am one of those people and I am spending time in the kitchen learning how to cook without these ingredients. I am also happy to share some of my dishes with you. You will find appetizers, main dishes, soups and desserts on this site. I will also throw in gluten free dishes (to include pickles, mayo and seasonings). Nothing will be left out.
